The Slubice room offers space for a maximum of 30 people and is ideal for smaller conferences, meetings or workshops. With an 86-inch interactive whiteboard, optional technology packages and support for hybrid events, it is well equipped for presentations and teamwork.
The room can also be used for catering and feeding your guests or as a complementary area for group work and breakout sessions when the Frankfurt room is the main venue. Its versatility makes it an ideal addition to any event.
The BIC Eventsaal is the ideal choice for corporate events, networking events or celebrations. With a fully equipped kitchen block, a wide variety of seating options, bar tables, a spacious outdoor area and a large gas barbecue, it offers the perfect facilities for a customized event and catering experience.
The hall can be used independently or as an addition to our other event rooms such as the Frankfurt room or the Slubice room. Its versatility makes it ideal for social gatherings or as a separate area for informal program items at your event.
